Ellough Industrial Estate comprises some 225,000 sqft on a 15 acre site across 65 units and represents the dominant commercial hub in the local area. The park is let to a number of national and local occupiers including Hughes Electrical, LSK Supplies, MH Goals, Geoforce and Goldwing Cabels.
Part of the Estate has since been sold to a sovereign wealth fund, whilst the retained holding is being asset managed through a combination of leasing, refurbishment and lease restructuring whilst benefiting from a high income return.
